Wordpress Plugin Modification

I have a wordpress plugin that I need modified. Currently the plugin creates an HTML site map for wordpress sites. It uses pagination for big sites with several posts and pages. It functions by me inserting a small snippet of code on either a Wordpress post, or a Wordpress page. It then replaces that snippet with the HTML site map. With sites with several hundred, or even thousands of pages or posts, it always starts the display on the first page. I require a programmer to modify this to where to where it is random on which page is displayed first. Additionally, I would like the backend modified so that I can tell the plugin what page #id to use for the plugin, and then have a php snippet that I can place in my theme that will take them to that page and show the random page number.
