Hi all, Greetings! I am wanting to seek a designer for making my Homepage with Logo (Static & Animated) This is for an Auction website is coming next month, but first I need the basics. You are requested to BID for One HomePage & 2 Logos (One Static and One in Flash) We would in the next module want Bids for making an Auction site for us, using Windows application & not php, on the lines of BEST Auction sites across the globe. Please explain in detail, as to what you are going to offer to us and in how much time? No delays and the revisions will be Unlimited if the work is Unsatisfactory. Payments shall be released 20% advance, 30% on completion of Logos and overview of the HomePage & balance on completion of the project. Any questions? Please feel free to ask.
