Podcast Flash/PHP project

Hello there! I am needing a professional php programmer with knowledge in Flash (though I can also help out if needed since I know Flash), and you need to code a podcast service I am wanting built. It includes: - postcast directory - rss reading system - mp3 streaming player (flash) - ajax dashboard style system to drag around panels and add panels for new podcast feeds (similar to all those desktop ajax sites out there - there are dozens - ex: [login to view URL]) - a user registration system / login / admin area We can discuss further details in PM.
