Procurement website

Key target: I have a whole freelancer (but unicue) type of system Beta (LAMP+ Ajax+Flash) myself, there is almost everything I need, business logic, statistic etc. It means code + db and now I only need several changes not something from scratch. I have two problems with this: 1) Public side is not in english 2) This is huge (I actually don't need so much and we must hide several parts from public) and it uses 3 different servers (dedicated hosting) and almost nobody don't have such resources. Of course there are such developers but I haven't met them yet. So, I am looking for a very dedicated and dutiful developer who would offer technical support in the future also. I hope we do not need dedicated server services at the beginning with this new system at the beginning because it will be much easier than the old system but I am waiting for an explanation and possible solutions from you! Thus, today there are 3 virtual machines and every one has it's own role i am not sure that do I translate right but I try: 1) Application server - Apache (deflate ja header moodul) + PHP5 (mod_rewrite) + MemCache + ImageMagick 2) Database server PostgreSql size around 1,5GB 3) Varnish - it's inside of application server and it helps to serve static information So, now I only need: 1) Fb connect, gmail and Paypal 2) it does not count areas in e-mail notifications but it should be...no, it must to do that 3) It does not have paypal and credit card payments 4) Escrow 5) feedback system, there is feedback system but it is not connected with procurement 6) Employer statistics 7) All new design banners etc. 8) Change some froms and profile fields + need to hide several things. + public side must be an exellent English I believe that there will be 2 weeks work to do at the beginning. So, my conditions are: 1) If you have such resources (server resources I mean) then I want you would write me a signed letter of understanding where you verify that you have that kind of recources and of course you are agree to keep my business secret and this code won't go to "walk". I want to see that in your first message with a description of recources you have. 2) Do not make an offer or write to me when your grade is lower than 4,8 and feedback is lower than 98%. 3) An exellent English skills 4) This new system would be first of own kind and it's in a very specific business field.
