RESIZE EXISTING WEBSITE

We are in need of someone to resize the body of an existing website, [login to view URL], to fill 2/3 of a 1024x768 resolution (SEE ATTACHMENT). This task was started by another provider so some work is already completed. There are 13 pages that will need to be resized, and THE CONTENT AND PICTURES (except for flash album) MUST BE EDITED TO COINCIDE WITH THE NEW PAGE SIZE.
