rework website

I need someone to copy the files from an existing website and download them under another domain name. I need the domain name on the site changed to new name. I need some of the existing products deleted and the remaining products rearranged in a certain order. The backend is very unique and custom made but very easy to understand and operate. The main page background needs to be black for some reason it is white now, I would like background to be turned back to black. I also need the logo, introduction statement, and introduction paragraph changed. This is a small project so it dosent pay any more than $80 dollars.
