Web development with CMS

Hello, I need a less than 25 page site. We are a new web development company and are seeking for a longterm designer and developer. I need the site to be able to have a fully controllable backend admin so that I manange everything from the admin. I need the ability to have photos added to all the pages and the "portfolio" section too(via admin). Under portfolio section, I need to have submenus like Logotypes, Brochures etc..When clicked on any photo, I need the design under that category to be enlarged in a pop up with "close" option. I will have one or two feedback forms so that I get the information from the clients. The site must be in PHP/Myql. I need a companys help who have immense expertise in graphic designing and strong PHP skills. The site must be a cross browser compatible and I need 3 home pages to choose from. Small flash would be great. Revisions upto my satisfaction but I am not tough to be pleased. Small budget as we are a starter company. I need all the mother files including photoshop and flash. Good Luck A ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
