Wordpress Theme Designer - longterm

Dear all, I am looking for a Wordpress Theme Designer. I am in need of a professional Designer who has good ideas. Generally I am looking for a longterm partner and i will give you approx. 1-2 orders a month for new themes. General requirements: - widget ready - valid css - compatible with latest version of wordpress - works properly with Firefox, IE, and Safari - clean professional design - design and code must be original - full rights need to be on my I want to use Wordpress as a CMS and not as a Blog system, that means that you have to be able to build professional designs and implement Wordpress in them. The first order will be for a hair styling company like www.wella.com. Some flash animations & web 2.0 / ajax things are needed as well. Please just bid if you have the time and the knowledge to handle such orders.
