fix cre issues (hg)

I have a cre-loaded site that needs few things to fix. 1. Remove Product ID from product info page 2. Add product price to be consistent with design on product info page 3. Add text "Select Your Size" to product info page 4. create image maps for subcategory main images 5. fix dimensions of home page image 6. Remove sections and items from sub category "new arrivals" Good work will lead to weekly repeating work to make new image maps
