VBulletin 5.x custom design for a "Buying-Recommendation" Forum

Hello freelancers, I am in need of a custom full design for the latest VBulletin-Version 5.x (no need customized admincp) - The use of the forum will be a community for buying-recommendations. So, somebody wants to buy something and wants to ask the community what should buy based on a given budget and expectations. The design should look attractive to guests and letting them feel to have found a professional place for buying recommendations (leading them to register to join and take apart the community). The logo-design should be connected with the community's spirit of buying and finding recommendations and should be provided as .psd at project end. So I can modify it if need (please provide names of used fonts as well if applicable). The choose of colors for the whole design is up to you and your experience or ideas regarding the community's spirit.
