Help!! My open cart shop with all its content went down

I was trying to install a new template to my open cart store. Themeforest lexus mobile template. And followed the quick start guide for the template vs standard installation. And my sites [login to view URL] file was started to cause and error. But I did not know this at the time so I deleted the database. And directory and tried to start fresh, but was unable to restore the site from my backups. Luckily my hosting company [login to view URL] was able to restore my site. My site was 100% restored back to its original state with no issues for 24hrs. Now I have done nothing on the site and its gone again with this error, you can see error a t[login to view URL] I backed up my DB and I also had some small custom edits done with removing the checkout requirements like address, and footer branding. I need someone to get my site back up to its original standing from my backups. I dont know what else to do or how this error happened when I did not change anything at that point. And I simply can't wait for my hosting company to fix the issues.
