Joomla Template with T3 Framework

If you are a Joomla Expert, then this job will be really easy for you. It should take you no more than a couple of hours. I am using Joomla 3.2.2. I need to update the template T3 Bs3 Blank version 2.1.1 - based on the T3 Framework version 2.1.1 I need to update that template so it looks like an existing php website. The website that the template will need to look like is this one: [login to view URL] All I need is the background to be the same, the header and the footer, the main menu formatting, the footer menu, and the main content section. This is mostly a CSS job (LESS). It is all visual. There is no need to create any content or menus (I just want that when I create the menus they look like in the page I am copying here). You can even use the CSS of the PHP website to pass it to the Joomla template. Sooner or later I will migrate the whole site. All changes need to be done to LESS files not CSS files. You will probably need to create a new layout. No need to add any kind of extra code or script. I am aware certain sections will look empty until I add content to them.
