Modify existing WP theme to include parallax background on mobile

Hello, I have a website using the parallax wordpress theme 'haven' ([login to view URL]). It currently has parallax-scrolling backgrounds on desktop browsers as can be seen at the site : [login to view URL] However, on mobile (including iOS, iPad, iPhones and android) the template converts the backgrounds to fixed images that 'move' with the page when the user scrolls up or down on a page. I require the page to have parallax image backgrounds on both the desktop AND mobile, as seen in this website... [login to view URL] . A possible technique is demonstrated here : [login to view URL] . The theme already uses the [login to view URL] package. The successful recipient will receive access to the haven theme, and they will be required to make all modifications to the theme files. Thanks,
