need to customize an already purchased POS extension for opencart

We bought a basic POS extension from opencart. Here's the link: [login to view URL] We need the following customization in this extension to be done: Customer enters the store. he says that he has a phone for repair. Technician asks for customer’s name and number. he also asks customer to identify problem in device using the pr system. On the system there will be two options, a flip phone or a touch screen. then the customer is required to fill out the phone’s model #, imei and brand off phone, customer name, and number.
