Simple booking system

I need a simple booking system for my company. I am already working on it so the most difficult part has been solved, but I have few time so I need to hire a professional. The core now looks like this: [login to view URL] (Leap year is solved; distinction between Mon or Sun week start has been solved too). Users will be able to see free slots few weeks in advance and make a reservation. On a mouseover event there will be shown a list of free terms. When user clicks on a daybox, form with radiobuttons will reveal and allow him to make a reservation (one only). User must also select type of an appointment and fill in a contact information. You will use - PHP - PDO MySQL - Smarty - jQuery Legal Notice You may NOT use, copy or resell this system or its parts. Basic Features and Requirements - Free slots (terms) will be 30 minutes next to each other - A lenght of reservation will depend on Type of reservation (e.g. "View catalogues ... 60 minutes (2 slots); Pick up goods ... 30 minutes (1 slot)) - Booking can be done by user or by admin - Multilanguage support - Automatic free slots creation by the system (two weeks in advance) - Simplicity: users will see only important things (we do not show them useless stuff like past months, booked terms etc.) - Spambot protection (e.g. captcha or 4+6 test) - all pages must pass [login to view URL] - IE9+, FF, Chrome compatible (you have to test it on all of these 3 browsers) - Frontview has to adapt to a viewing device (PC or mobile) System will automaticaly - set new free slots (terms) and optionaly will also set few random fake bookings (few weeks in advance; working days has different ranges than saturday and sunday) - send reminder e-mails (by cron) User can - view and book free terms - choose type of an appointment (e.g. "To see catalogues", "Consult design", "Pick up goods") - choose if he wants receive reminder by e-mail (with an option where he can set how many days before the term) - edit or cancel the appointment (with some restrictions - appointment can be canceled no few than 3 hours before the term - if this is the case, then only by a phone) - request link for booking adjustment - fill a contact form (*name, *e-mail, *phone, notes) Admin - admin can configure basic settings: Manage date and time formats Set first day of week (Mo or Su) Set types of appointments (name, default lenght) Set default maximum spaces per slot (default is 1) Set 2 ranges for workdays and for Sat&Sun (e.g. 9:00 - 11:30, 13:00 - 18:30 in a workday; 10:00-12:00 Sat; none for Sun) Set a range how far in advance users can booking (default is 2 weeks) Set default language (En) Cron settings Timezone (UTC+1) - admin can view list of bookings (the page will be refreshed every 15 minutes; list will be ordered by the nearest booking and each record will show Name of the user, type of an appointment, contact information, possible actions) - admin can make a new free slots or a fake bookings - admin may cancel or add free slots one by one or a whole day just by one click - admin can set up an appointment (with same functions as user can; this is for those cases when user will call instead of making reservation on-line) - admin can may cancel an appointment
