Can you cut through the Internet marketing BS? I'm launching a new website in a few weeks for which I need to get prime search engine listings, general Internet publicity, and I need to figure out how to spend my very limited advertising dollars well. So, I need you to devise a plan for how to best do this. I'm a writer and graphic designer, but know nearly nothing about Internet marketing. The winning bidder will: 0) Be able to cut through the "Internet Marketing Crap" and tell me straight up what works, what won't, and what are my best bets. I realize Internet marketing can be complex. I need someone I can trust to make the right decisions for a marketing plan that will most likely work. 1) Have a proven track record driving "meaningful" traffic to websites (by meaningful I mean traffic that makes sales); 2) Speak English well. 3) Be able to provide me with either references, case studies, of past "successes" in this area 4) Be able to very generally outline the "plan of attack" they'll suggest to me if I hire them for consulting. 5) Sell me on your abilities. 6) Have a better plan than using all the $19.99 web tools out there. 7) Be able to be available for IM or phone consultation (I'll pay the phone charges). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Consultation.
