New Web Site Needs Inbound Text Links - SEO

I am looking for someone to acquire one way inbound text links for a new web site - [[login to view URL]][1]. Your job is to contact web masters with sites in the following categories: 1) Media and Entertainment - $10 each 2) Technology - $10 each 3) Misc. (any category) - $5 each Text link (anchor text) must read "Studio Technology". Text links must be on web sites with a Google Page Rank of at least 4. Links must be permanent or a minimum of 6 months. My budget is a maximum of 20 links which would get you $200 but any amount under 20 links is also welcome. No link farms, no sites banned from Google, no scams. I reserve the right to not accept any link. I have several web sites and if you are excited about this opportunity there is much more work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
