I want a desktop application that can create a mobile apps, with following features : 1. Users may some elements like to add RSS feed, display site pages, gallery, html/plain content, quiz, pictures, videos, pages, tabs, and so on into the mobile apps. 2. User may change the background colors or using image as background. 3. Admin may save as the mobile apps created to their computer, or publish to the Apple Apps Store and Google Play Store (Android) to their developer account. *My budget is $200 to be completed within 10 days. That's all.
