Escort Rating Website

Someone posted a really good custom Joomla based escort site a while back. I hope that You will bid on this job. Custom CMS (joomla) based site. I will integrate Joomla and just need a custom template that I can apply. The most important part of this site will be a VIP list that has limited access, this could be AJAX based, Flash, etc., but would need to look and function like the attached screen shot. We will need to update that list from the CMS and also archive old lists. There are two types of memberships: 1. The client who wants to browse....they will see everything, but the top rated escorts as shown in the picture. Once they sign up for membership, they can view the entire VIP list. 2. The escorts....they can become members and should be able to submit a link to their own website....no profile, pictures, video, just a link when they register. I would say that AEC subscription manger would work and it is open source. Could do some custom mods to it and make it work for this site. Candidates should be expert level at creating custom Joomla templates, CSS, and cross browser compatibility. For the VIP list we would prefer programming to be done using AJAX. Please give specific examples of your work related to these technologies.
