long term java development

We have a web application written in java which needs some enhancements and bug fixes. I'm looking for a coder who can work on this in part or full time, payment will be by the hour. I'd like to find someone for the long term as the development will require several weeks. The following technologies are used in the project, the ideal candidate is a master in these: Tomcat JSP Spring webflow Spring web services Sitemesh Castor marshalling Mysql Hibernate Bouncycastle and general PKI concepts JQuery Quartz Jasperreports Maven Subversion+trac In your bid request please provide information about your experience in the said technologies and references of past work and please attach a resume. I'll only consider developers who can do so. I'm looking for a talented individual, not a service provider company.
