30451 Template CMS Integration

I am looking for a long term relationship with a developer or team of developers. I am a IT consultant in Australia and have many clients which I develop hardware solutions for their business. I have done many websites too. However I am very impressed of the quality and designs of many of the website on templatemonster.com. I have experiance with Joomla/Mambo and I know of many other CMS's out there. What I would like to find is a team or individual who can integrate a template from templatemonster with a CMS. I dont mind which CMS you use as long as the beautiful layout and design of the template is kept. I know it is easy to manually modify the templates and make static webpages but that is not an option for a customer who needs to update a website on the fly with news etc each week. I dont need dynamic menus etc (I know many of the main menus are done in flash from template monster). I need dynamic content though. I have seen modified templates that have been made to work with Joomla/Mambo and you can tell in a second that mambo is used for the backend. I dont like em. The left and right column design with content in the middle looks terrible. Give me your recomendations of which CMS you use and show me some work that you have done. An example of a template which I would like to integrate with a CMS can be seen at: [login to view URL] I cant stress the fact enough that The website look needs to stay the same as the template but with dynamic content. I know subpages will lose much of the central content but the general feel needs to be there. Anyway You know what can be done better then I do. There will be a lot of work to come for the bidder that does a very good job at the right price (I need to make money too). I have a good sales team setup I am not going to take what you have shown me and then do it myself. Outsourcing Is what freelance websites are all about. I will deal with customers, sales and chosing a website design, you will deal with getting it working. OK I think that is enough information. I dont want people putting bids on for $1000 or $2000 dollars thats rediculous. For me, A fair price would be $200-$300. There is no design work in it. Most CMS's opensource and free (sometimes small licencing costs which I will take care of). And remember a lot of work will be coming pretty much straight away after the first test project. Also Some flash modification knowedge would be good too. Thanks Seb
