537478 CMS website for a home business producing online gifts

We require a CMS website for one of my customers. I require an admin backend for adding clients login information, adding our company information, managing (storing and modifying) our product items, and a customer ordering page. Frontend will be a template for displaying product items, another template for company information such as (About Us, Disclaimer, Become a Customer, Site Plan, Terms and Conditions etc) and a customers login page. For more information on backend features and the design of the frontend please view the attachments. We prefer a complete new build but will consider an open source CMS if you install, customize, test and support for 6 months. Obviously we'd be expecting cheaper bids with an open source package. Please state whether your bid is a complete write or open source. Currently in the specifications (attached files) I've not included a payment option as my customer doesn't require this feature. However as my customer for this project cannot afford to pay for the development (I'm funding it myself)I will need to find other customers and they probably will require credit card payments. I'll make a decision on the cost with or without payment facilities. Please allow in your bid the payment option and we'll discuss dropping this feature later. We are looking for coder with experience and a excellent track record as site needs to be fully functional by christmas.
