Custom Javascript time calculator

Hello There, I have a client that needs a custom javascript calculator developed for allowing attorneys to estimate their number of billable hours a year based on daily start time, daily end time, break times, etc (see attached detailed spec and sample spreadsheet for the exact functionality). The goal of the project is to create a single HTML page based on a template provided calling a single associated .js file. You need to: - Take the basic look and feel (just font, topbar and footer) and create an HTML page that implements the required functionality (laying out the inputs and outputs and any on screen descriptions). - Write the calculation, population, validation and display code (all javascript should have good commenting, well names functions and well named variables and every variable and function should be commented). - Please include 2-3 rounds of revisions in layout and a handful of small functional tweaks within the project budget. This is a RUSH project and would need to be completed by Monday of next week. I need pricing before tomorrow morning and will select a developer tomorrow afternoon. FYI, I run a web dev company, so I'm looking for someone I'd be able to work with on other Javascript projects! Please let me know if you have any questions!
