Custom PHP/Javascript

I have an existing script that no longer works. I want to customize this script to develop new functionality. Some parts of the script work. I will provide more details on what I want to do in PM's but it is technically not that difficult so keep that in mind when bidding. I would think bids $50-$100 would be appropriate - however, I will be willing to pay more for delivery of a working product that surpasses my expectations. I need a coder that has experience in cookies, timed-redirects, xml, cross-site scripting, flash/action-scripts and delivering content via popups/popunders, etc. This project is blackhat in nature and any bidders should not have an issue with that. Although not necessary, a plus would be knowing how to decode zended or ion-encoded files. Please don't bid on this project unless you are serious about accepting the assignment. I need delivery of a final product within 5 days if possible.
