Facebook branded virtual goods application

Description I am looking for an experienced PHP or ROR developer to create a Facebook APP. Please bid and send me URL of your published facebook apps. Thanks! UI is complete. We can provide HTML/CSS, however, if you prefer to build the entire stack, we don’t mind. The FB app allows user to create virtual goods via a 4 step creation process: 1. select a virtual good, 2. customize it with user generated text and image content, 3. select a friend profile to post, 4. and pay for the virtual good (if applicable). There will be free and premium virtual good. Virtual good notification is posted on profile wall with a link to presentation format. Link serves up a new window where virtual good is presented. There will be an admin module to facilitate the following: 1. Super Admin, Admin users 2. Admin: moderation of images and text submitted by users through community flagging or admin review [key requirement] 3. Admin: Conversion table to create and m-anage virtual currency [key requirement] 4. Super Admin: Set up App instances for multiple clients [soft requirement; depending on man hours] Preferred time frame: 14-21 days.
