I will be creating a form for a Facebook FBML tab here in the next couple of days. The form will consist of a Name entry box and an email entry box.
I will need a PHP script that will store the information in a database and at the end of the day send out the data in a CSV (excel) file to a specified email address. Ideally, I would like to have the ability to send to multiple email addresses.
