Create a Google Maps API based on the criteria attached and to integrate a database that will easily manage and update the data being plotted.
Description:
What is needed is a mashup that takes data points and plots them onto google maps, developers will use Google Maps API to develop this mashup. The data being plotted will be made up of housing sales.
The data being plotted will be updated weekly and the total aggregate number of data points being plotted will range in the 60,000 mark. Since the data will be updated frequently and contains a large number of data points the data should be managed by a database (MySQL). Data will be provided in csv format and the data fields in the csv files will include the following: address, city, sales price, sale date, lat, long.
Geocoding of the addresses will be completed by a batch service provided by a third party therefore the csv data will have long and lat included.
The application should be developed with the intent of integrating it with Drupal.
