Jobsite project

Looking for a quality job script(preferably oop... if not it should be well organised code ...... no sphagetti code, high performance and scalable architecture, secure code. ) Lots of features. I already have a script in mind, so for your script to be selected it must be better than what i'm currently thinking of using. Must provide demo link(admin section link must) for view and use. Preferably open source(php) but asp.net can be consideded as well if it's good enough.
