Need a web application front page / lander developed

I am looking for someone to create a front page to a web application. I will provide all the content, as well as a layout specification (wireframe done in Balsamiq). It will only be one page. I am looking for someone who is proficient in web design, Javascript, CSS, and JQuery. This will be the front end of a web application, as opposed to a brochureware site. Here are a few sites that I like.
