Netoffice Project Manager Timesheet Redesign

I have an installation of net office and I need the current timesheet module redesigned to function like the timesheets on [login to view URL] downloadable program. Right now, you have to enter the time sheets hours in day by day hour by hour...by using the keyboard. I need it designed where you can select multiple hours and days with the mouse at the same time and this will enter it into the database and I need a JavaScript popup to display the project and task information for each day and hour in a popup to show what was selected and put into the database and calendar updated. It must function fast, and smooth and look nice.
