OpenCart v1.5.5.1 {Category Custom Options Tab} Module/Vqmod

I would like to have a new tab put in my categories area when creating a new category called options. On Open Cart for when you create a new product in there entry area they have a tab also called options. And have couple new Autocompletes put in options feature as showen in images For the category I would like simular thing but as you can see what I would like buy viewing my images that I have uploaded just to get I Idea.
