site combine some feature of Ebay and Social network

hi, i need site combined somthing like ebay and social network, this site contain user profile and details and with option to add pictures and videon etc, and option to sale or change services between users but without payment option (the deals is outside the site for the first running (but with option in the future) the site contains: 1)user profile 2)inbox methouds 3)chet betwins 2 users 3) some small parts like in a facebook 4) the site have category like - electronics, cars, programing, study etc so if user have skill in eatch category he can add it to his profile and other user can search and find him in those category 5)statistic 5) admin panel 6)some more small things more details and the design after i choose someone...
