SKILLED WORDPRESS PLUGIN DEVELOPER NEEDED

Need a good wordpress developer to create a wordpress plugin that will do the following: 1) pull articles from ezines article using their API 2) run said article to my own custom website api 3) post the output article on wordpress blog 4) option to schedule auto posting of the posting 5) option for user to input a list of URL and plugin will grab one url and insert it into each post. so basically like an autoblogger type plugin taht will grab articles from ezines and then run that article into my own software, then post the resulting article to the wordpress blog. bidder must understand and communicate effectively in english. this plugin will grow in the future so potential for long term work. must include skype in bid to communicate further! thanks, happy bidding!
