We are interesting for a Web-based Mobile System that can be used for various services such as an SMS gateway, corporate and group communication tool. There must be a header and a footer, all working with includes and css so that we can easily change them. Admin can create resellers account and add or reduce credits, add or remove features from resellers He can also assign different SMPP gateways to each reseller. The system must have the ability to count the credits of the resellers and block every outgoing sms when the balance is out of credits. Reseller has his own site. First of all the users can register themselves. It has to be a form with various fields, some are required.
