URGENT: Need Woltlab Burning Board (WBB3) Plugin

Hello freelancers. I am looking for someone to me a plugin (WCF) for the Woltlab Burning Board (WBB3) created. The plugin should in principle work as the iTrader plugin which has been around for WBB3. I have a forum where the threads should act as classifieds. Now I need a plugin that users of the forum gives the opportunity to evaluate a transaction. Furthermore, the plugin should add a "DEAL" button in the threads, the threads of the Creator with one click Can accept the offer. I hope you can provide me as a plugin that can be installed like any other WBB3 plugin. It should be a Ratingsystem like on ebay.
