Web Developers Needed for a PHP Site job.

Hello, I am looking for developers who are fluent in html/php/javascript for development of a site for me. The site will be similar to that of [login to view URL] but a lot more advanced. So this is what we are looking for. The site is based on connecting teenagers together. But from the opposite sex. The features that the site will need to have: - Random Chat finder. A user can find someone randomly to have a text based chat with. The only option that they can choose is the country of that person. The person that it finds will be of the opposite sex. - User system. Obvious enough. A registration system. - User verification system. We would like to make it so that new users have to be phone verified before they can access the site systems. Phone verification involves the user submitting their phone number. A auto call will ring them with a code which they have to enter in the site. Their phone number will be recorded so that it won't be physically allowed to be used again. - Chat recording. After a chat with someone it will create a transcript of the conversation. Which is saved on the server and saved to both users accounts. So that they can access it anytime. - Chat reporting. If at any point any form of rule breaking goes on. A user can report the chat and the transcripts are sent to us. - User banning. We need to be able to ban users. ( IP Ban ) - Voice chat compatibility. Same specifics as the text chat system. However a standalone system where users can randomly find someone from the opposite sex to have a voice chat with. - Webcam chat compatibility. Same as voice chat. However users can webcam chat with each other. ( Webcam + voice ) - This should be able to be done without any software or anything needing to be downloaded. No web design needed. We will provide you with a PSD of the template. You will have to code it however. We will give the project to the person/team who can do this at the cheapest rate with the lowest turn around time and with good feedback.
