WordPress Video Query Plugin - Youtube

I'm looking for a wordpress video plugin that works similar to functionality found here: [login to view URL] - Plugin should allow for a vehicle (make, model, year) going back at least 7 years. - Plugin would use short-code to insert on any page to display up to 20 videos. When video is clicked, it should play in player at top of page similar to the example shown. - Plugin in should allow allow for creating short code for specific (make, model, year) which can then be inserted into any page and display up to 20 videos results.
