WordPress Word Choice Plugin

This is a WordPress Plugin where the user chooses 12 words from 100 by checking checkboxes. The 100 checkboxes are read as an array from a custom WordPress table. The twelve chosen words are then transferred to a select list on the second page of the form where the words can be ranked in order of importance. After the words have been ranked they are written to a results table in the WordPress database for later use.
