Basic Joomla/Virtuemart Customization Required within 1 Hour

You can view the website at [login to view URL] I need the website to be tested for errors and fixed so that a visitor can easily navigate, view products and place an order. The website will simply be advertising products strictly sold locally on a cash on delivery basis. So when a customer goes checkout, the only payment option is cash and the only shipping method is cash on delivery. I want a module added that will allow for the upload and attachment of manufacturers logo. I also want to be able to add a small paragraph on the homepage just below "The Hottest UK Deals!" I also want selected logos to appear above featured products. A box that I can edit using WYSIWYG would be ideal. And below this box should appear featured products. I expect a freelancer who can demonstrate common sense and use their initiative.
