Custom Joomla template and extension required

I need custom joomla template according to my requirement, it should have positions and style as i have defined in attached files. Read the SRS document for details of template and extension, there is slight change in the requirement than the attached document. And most important is i need this to be completed within 3 days, as it is not heavy work for expert joomla developer/designer. Please bid if you can deliver the project within the deadline. And i want everything as extension or template that i can use for my multiple websites. I dont want site to be developed. I want template and extension.
