Joomla Expert To build a modeling community site

We need a freelance programmer or a small company to build us a community site for Models, Photographers, Agents, and other Industry Pros, who is good at Joomla (JomSocial) and PHP. The site will be more like [login to view URL], have some features from [login to view URL], but we want this site to become better than them. Members have their own backend where they can edit their profile, upload/manage photos & videos, manage messages, calendar, friends, settings, etc. They also have profile page also known as portfolio where they can showcase their stats, photos, videos, etc. There’s a separate registration for Fans. We need someone who’s expert in major customization of themes and plugins to match the functionality we need for the site.
