Joomla Jomres adding fields in bookingsform

Hi, F [login to view URL] we use Jomres bookingscomponent. see here: [login to view URL] Or see the button Reserveren on right top. Now we need three extra fields: A. Aantal mede reisgenoten (number of people traveling): Drop down: choices: 1 persoon 2 personen 3 personen 4 personen 5 personen B. fixed fields: - Eindschoonmaak appartement verplicht € 45,- This 45,-- should be be taken into the finjal price - Borg (eenmalig en wordt na eindschoonmaak teruggestort) € 250,- should be be taken into the finjal price C. (Transferkosten heen en terug 1 t/m 6 personen ) € 100 Choice: O Ja O nee If it is yes then the price should be in the final price and in the bookingsform sent by mail. All input should be also in the mail form. Pls let me know who can start immediately with this one. Because it is urgent. Thanks. reg olaf
