Joomla match template to Photoshop file

We have a Joomla template up that needs to be converted to match our Photoshop design. Currently we are only working on the home page, but interior pages should be considered when making changes. The development site we are using is here: [login to view URL] The design is attached which can be send as a PSD file once the project has been accepted. We need to get this done as quickly as possible. With your bid please include a realistic time frame for completing the project. Some things to consider when styling the template: 1. This is a responsive design. When editing styles make sure that the design does not break. A separate design for the responsive version is attached, this is built into the Joomla template. 2. The new design includes an upside down swoosh at the top. This will probably need to be a transparent .png layered on top of the slideshow. It will also need to scale with the window to keep this a responsive design. I mention this because it will likely be the most difficult part of the project. Everything else should be simple CSS changes, and editing content in Joomla admin. Please let me know if there are any questions. We would like to start this project as soon as possible.
