Techsterminators - Developer

I'm reconstructing the Techsterminators website. In order to further explain the project, I'll explain Techsterminators Computer Repair. We are your 'Technology Superheroes'. With one click or call, a technician is sent to pick up a broken computer. Also, we ship and repair computers as well. Think of us as the netflix for computer repair. I'm having graphics done now, but I would need someone to code the designs and build the back end. Most Likely, the site will be developed using Mysql, PHP, and Joomla I would need the site to: -Store User accounts and information and allow them to login -Allow Customers to pay for services online -Effectively manage the content and track orders -Allow My Technicians and I to serve as admins and account managers to our customers Once the graphics are finished, it would be a lot easier to explain. I've attached a mockup of the homepage.
