Experience Programmer for Magento

I'm running opencart in Linux platform with chinese and english language, need a experience programmer urgently for the following jobs : Base on my existing opencart web site - Convert all products's data from opencart to Magento - Magento should support multi stores and mutil domains with multi language - A beautiful custom theme for all stores(support most browser, e.g. IE9 and below, Safari, Chrome.....etc), allow admin to change the color of theme, website heading, top and bottom text area (text and HTML) for each store. - A them for iphone - Add Delivery Date & Delivery Time Modules to Magento - Add two SMS Module to Magneto (API provide by us) - Add a shipping Location checking Module for Magento, shipping charge will be apply to the transaction for some specify address - Add a data capture module (capture data from email and append to Magento as a new Transaction) - A windows base/php program to connect to server, print out the new transaction automatically - A windows base/php program to connect to server, check a pop3 mail box and forward the content of email to the customer automatically - Display different price of same product on different store (for each product, NO NEED to key in the price for each stores, the price just need to increase or decrease depands on the config. when create a new store) - Invoice and Receipt can print & email to customer from admin menu in PDF format - Print NEW transcations in dashboard in custom format - 10 Reports base on the daily/monthly transactions (sales report, statement,.....etc) - A custom php program for print out the transaction's details (working outside the admin menu) - Some simple modification on the shopping cart (like default value, wording...etc) - Customize the "contact us" page - Modify the Dashboard to show number of new transactions, pending transactions, transaction for today....etc - Add Security checking and logging on admin login page - Setting up payment API for paypal - Setup a Facebook page Programmer should work in our own server, so we can perform testing while you are working Programmer should be able to contact me by email / skype for any question. Programmer should be completed the above request within the agreed time of this project, 20% of bided amount will be deduct for every week delay.
