Quick Reply and Reputation Module for WoltLab Burning Board

I am running a forum using WoltLab Burning Board software version 2.3.5. I want to introduce in it 3 things: 1] Quick Reply Module like in vbulletin or IPB and also a visible textbox 2] Member Reputation system. members will give reputations to other members at different posts. COMPLETE FUNCTIONALITY OF REPUTATION SYSTEM LIKE IN VBULLETIN. 3] introduction of extra TAGS . like [HIDE] will show the content only to the replyer. As the project is 1 day project, My budget is 10$
