565935 Magento 1.7 Website Needs Some Help

I need the following items fixed in my new Magento Community 1.7 Website. 1. Setup and verify cron is active to include any tasks scheduled run correctly, including nightly database backup. 2. Setup and verify Google Sitemap is active and can be refreshed from TopMenu/Catalog/Google Sitemap when I need to. 3. Setup a promotion that allows customers to enter a coupon code at checkout that inserts a cart 5% discount if they spend more than $100 or more at checkout. 4. Setup a promotion that allows customers to enter a coupon code at checkout that inserts a cart 10% discount if they spend more than $200 or more at checkout. 5. Create a new CMS page called HELP and write a guide on how the reader can navigate the menus on MY website (must be relevant to MY template), including help for them how to search and find products, to add items to their cart, to add items to their wishlist or to compare the items. This page content needs to be at least 1500 words and needs to be written in clear good English and be similar to my other CMS pages in simple design. 6. When a user joins or leaves the newsletter, they get an email from my own name. I want the name on the email sent to them to be the name of my website. 7. I need you to purchase one very small item and checkout with your Paypal account or credit card. I will refund the item in full to you. I just need to make sure the cart and shipping is all live before I take this website live.
