493909 Iphone - Based App

I need the framework done for an iphone app. Basically, a user and password TextField above a button (User Interface doesnt have to be pretty i'll do that) that will do login based on an SQL Database. I will plug in the database or php script all it needs is functionality. IF login succeeds based on user matching pass at that table entry, load a Tab Bar app. The first page needs a calendar, which can be done using Tapku or Kal calendar, and a variable that changes to last tile selected on the calendar. This date selected just needs to save in the app delegate so that I can use globally. The second tab needs to be a table view that I can load via php from SQL, so framework to retrieve the rows and load each entries data (i can parse later) into each tableview row is needed. The 3rd tab needs 3 textfields that will be entered into the same database we're pulling the 2nd tabs info from. This can be as easy as [login to view URL] with name = first field, date = second field, type = third field.
