Full-time remote PHP/MySQL Programmer

We'd like to hire an additional full-time remote PHP/MySQL programmer with excellent knowledge of XHTML Strict and CSS. We run a few websites and plan on adding new ones to our portfolio. Your responsibility will be maintaining the existing sites and developing new ones. All of our websites are written in traditional function-based style, no OOP required. Whoever we hire should know PHP like their first language and dream in code. Must be very dedicated and willing to learn quickly. Schedule-wise, you will need to stay in touch through instant messenger almost daily. As far as сompensation, our current budget is $3 per hour, so full-time, you are looking into about $500 per month + $500 bonus every six months. When bidding, please provide some code examples. We may choose several project winners to narrow down to the best candidate later. It would be great if the candidate was from Russia/Ukraine or India/Bangladesh.
