Member Directory - PHP, MySQL, with Codeigniter as the framework

The site I am coding is large and requires me to work on other areas. I am sourcing some smaller sections of the site out for others to code so it gives me some relief. What this project consists of: I need a member directory that mimics the one from my old site of which I have posted a screen shot. What this does is allows a user to search for a member. When the member is displayed it shows the information below. When a user clicks on his name it allows him to send a personal message (the personal message section is already coded and running so all you have to do is link it). It also allows a user that has the correct permissions to edit the user (the user edit page is already coded also, once again, just a link is required from you). The member directory table, fields, and data have already been entered and I will provide a copy of the table in sql format for you to use to code this. This is not a hard project and should be done pretty quick. I am also a programmer and I do know what this entails so please don't bid crazy numbers. I would like someone that is familiar with codeigniter.
